Lotto Jackpot Hit for Six

No fewer than six tickets won the Lotto jackpot on Saturday 28 January. The jackpot was worth £3,964,818 so each of the six winning tickets has landed an equal share worth £660,803. The numbers that saw the Lotto jackpot hit for six were 10, 12, 25, 28, 31 and 40, and the Bonus Ball – which wasn’t required for the jackpot itself – was number 01. With five out of six main numbers all falling in the ‘days of the month’ range of 01 to 31 it probably wasn’t surprising that the jackpot was won, but having six jackpot winners is still quite an ...

Free Health Lottery iPhone App

Are you a Health Lottery player who would like to be able to check the very latest results on your iPhone (or other compatible iOS device) within minutes of each draw taking place? If your answer to this question is yes then you’re in luck because we have just launched a free Health Lottery iPhone app that you can download and use as often as you wish. Once you are armed with this clever little app you will always be one step ahead of other Health Lottery players as far as results are concerned – and that means you will be one of the first to know if your numbers have won ...

Health Lottery Special Jackpot

Play the Health Lottery this Saturday 21 January and if you match all five numbers selected you will win a top prize of £250,000 instead of the usual £100,000. That’s a cool quarter of a million pounds that is up for grabs, and because the top prize isn’t shared in the Health Lottery game you won’t win a penny less even if there is more than one winner! The cost of tickets will of course be exactly the same as usual, so this special Health Lottery draw will effectively be giving you extraordinary value for money, and it’s even possible to win ...

The Best Year Ever for Lottery Players

2012 promises to be the best year ever for lottery players in the UK, and we aren’t just saying that to make you feel good. When you look at how lottery gaming in this country has developed and evolved since 1994 when the National Lottery concept was first introduced to these shores, you will quickly realise that we have never had it quite as good as we do now. Games are more plentiful, jackpots are bigger and playing is easier than ever before! Read on and we’ll explain exactly why this year is set to be a record-breaker…

Two Tickets Share Triple Lotto Jackpot

Two tickets shared a triple rollover Lotto jackpot of £15,192,740 on Saturday 10 December, giving each one a value of over £7.59 million. The Lotto results which brought about this massive pre-Christmas windfall were 16, 21, 24, 29, 30 and 39, and the Bonus Ball – which wasn’t required to land the jackpot – was 20. On the same day, one ticket won the double-value Health Lottery jackpot of £200,000, not by matching all five main numbers – namely 05, 07, 21, 45 and 47 – but by having the winning Second Chance Guaranteed ticket number, which ...

Health Lottery Jackpot Doubled

The Health Lottery jackpot for the game this Saturday 10 December has been doubled, so any player who matches all five main numbers will win £200,000 instead of the usual £100,000! This ‘twice as nice’ top prize is being offered to celebrate the 10th Health Lottery draw since the game was launched in September 2011 (the first draw took place on 8 October) and with just a few weeks to go until Christmas the bigger top prize couldn’t have been offered at a better time!

'Tis the Season to Play Lotto!

Lottery games deliver exciting opportunities to win all year round, but as soon as the countdown to the festive season begins many players find themselves getting even more enthusiastic about them. Maybe this is due to the general sense of renewed optimism that people tend to have as they approach Christmas and the New Year. Or perhaps it is because the prospect of winning a life-changing jackpot is even more attractive at this time of year than at any other. Whatever the case, the countdown to Christmas day has begun and that means ‘Tis the season to play Lotto!

Lotto Jackpot Split Two Ways

The Lotto jackpot on Saturday 19 November was split in half after two tickets matched all of the numbers required to land the top prize. The Lotto results were 01, 29, 31, 32, 34 and 36, and the Bonus Ball was 45. The jackpot had a final value of £7,335,982, so each of the two lucky winners is now £3,667,991 richer than they were on Friday night. Of course, it is too early to know exactly who the winners are, but we will bring you details as and when possible if either of them choose to go public at some point, so watch this space.

Driving Instructor Lands Lotto Jackpot

A driving instructor from Yeadon in West Yorkshire landed a half-share of the £3.92 million jackpot in the Lotto game on Saturday 12 November. Steve Poole, who is married to Gwen, sent Tom, one of his four adult sons, to buy a lottery ticket because he’d forgotten to do so himself. Tom bought the ticket and all six of the selected numbers came up, but Steve didn’t actually get to see the draw, and he didn’t find out about the win until Sunday evening. The Lotto results for the draw last Saturday were 06, 12, 13, 28, 33 and 38.

Health Lottery Player Wins Two Jackpots

The Health Lottery draw on Saturday 5 November created seven jackpot winners, but two of those jackpot payouts went to a single player thanks to a fortunate lapse of memory. Paul Nelson, who lives in Uckfield in East Sussex, bought his Health Lottery tickets from his local Tesco store, and then he entered the same numbers again the very next day because he forgot that he had bought tickets the day before. Lucky for Paul, his numbers – 05, 08, 21, 39 and 44 – came up in the draw on Saturday, so he managed to win the £100,000 top prize twice over!

Lotto Superdraw for Bonfire Night

This Saturday 5 November there will be a special Lotto Superdraw which gives players the chance to win a jackpot of £10 million. Saturday is of course Bonfire night, and people all over the country will be lighting fires, setting off fireworks and eating bonfire toffee to remember the mischief that Guy Fawkes got up to in 1605. All of that will virtually guarantee that Bonfire night goes with a bang, but for anyone who plays the Lotto game and matches all six main numbers, celebratory fireworks will be particularly appropriate!

Four Win Health Lottery Jackpot

Four players won a Health Lottery jackpot on Saturday 29 October, and because Health Lottery prizes have a fixed value no matter how many players win, each of the winners is now £100,000 richer than they were previously. The winning numbers last Saturday were 05, 08, 15, 18 and 30. The Health Lottery has confirmed that two of the winning tickets were purchased online, and the other three were bought in Barnsley, Birkenhead and Inverness. This is obviously a great achievement for the jackpot winners, but it also demonstrates that the Health Lottery is going from strength to strength, ...
